BLHeli suit won't detect ESCs

I was trying to flash the ESC using Arduino board, the interface was set up correctly, BLHeli suite connected to Arduino UNO sucessfully, but when I tried to detect ESCs, it's showing NO ESC CONFIGURATION DETECTED. Can any one out there please help? I really need all help at this time.
