BLHeli_S: What needs to be updated if Mux A/B/C GPIO ports change?

ESC was designed and built to use the J config for BLHeli_S and works perfectly. A revision to the schematic accidentally changed the Mux B and C ports from B= P0.2 and C = P0.1 to be B=P0.1 and C=P0.2. I updated the J file lines 134 and 135 to reflect this change, but the ESC seems erratic still. Is there another area of the firmware that needs to change?
