Half PWM 32.8.3 for Tekko

Can I ask for a new test code (32.8.3) with HALF PWM LOW for Tekko32_F3_C_Multi.

yup, but 32.8.2 has much more noise.

I would not think so. These items is all that is changed from .2 to .3: -Improved rampup consistency. This can help make e.g. flip stops more precise. -Fixed a bug that caused MM32SPIN160 MCUs to occasionally hang
