Add favicon to storybook

[planktonic]

Right now, the storybook is lacking a favicon, so it shows up as either blank, or a fairly anonymous “[B]”

• Add a favicon and all the other such images/icons
• Could just be the bitcrowd logo for now
• we need a logo!
• …and a new name
