Thanks for working on this one! Please note that the CI is failing on the new ARM runner, and will require further investigation and debugging.

Looks like the electrsd crate may need to be updated to provide arm builds of electrs and bitcoind or this workflow will need to be updated to use a docker container with its own local arm build for electrsd and bitcoind.
