feat(SPV-1092): suggestion how to improve the refresh button

  • waiting for invalidateQueries is fixed
  • I've added a minimum time (0.5sec) for the animation to make sure the UI doesn't flicker
  • Changed the icon to Cw to make animation rotate according to the arrows
