Worries about Russian whitepaper PDF file on Bitcoin.org

I was downloading all the whitepapers for my little project and checked each file with the virustotal. bitcoin_ru.pdf gave me red alerts with scary "Attempted User Privilege Gain".

I am not a security specialist and have no clue what this means but there might be something that previously was not detected or what?

Can someone calm us with an explanation of what this is all about?
