Dark background on wallets page not visible in Tor Browser Safest mode

On pages for individual wallets such as this one, the SVG header image has no fallback background color to use if the image fails to load. Tor Browser's Safest security mode blacklists SVG images, so the result is that the background for the (white) text is white, which makes the text unreadable. I would suggest setting a dark solid background color via CSS as a fallback for when the background image fails to load.
