foolproof instruction to open port 8333 on a MacBook Pro (OS Big Sur)

Is there a foolproof instruction to open port 8333 on a MacBook Pro (OS Big Sur)? I have read https://bitcoin.org/en/full-node#port-forwarding, but it is still totally unclear to me. Any Apple help would be greatly appreciated.

It depends of your router, you'd better check on google for a tutorial/guide on how to open it, once you find it, simply provide the port 8333.
