Improving sectional layout on Getting started page

The sections on the Getting started page are a bit too close together. This is particularly visible in the "Get bitcoin" section in the following screenshot:

We should increase the horizontal margin or padding to move it away from the text that accompanies the headings in each section. We should also increase the vertical margin or padding between sections (e.g. to resolve the lack of space between the "Choose your wallet" and "Spend bitcoin" sections).

It would be great if you could test the layout on several different browsers and post screenshots.

This may be specific to a particular browser.

Otherwise this will be difficult to reproduce and trouble shoot.
