Current behaviour

Enable RPC at Connection settings (or any other setting, also proxy settings) shutdown, relaunch. settings are reset to default/disabled

Expected behaviour

have the same settings

Steps to reproduce

enable RPC -> shutdown -> launch -> RPC disabled
