Improve ParallaxMap to support vertical and horizontal mode

We already have ParallaxMap which currently serves as a base for parallax graphics. However, this is quite limited and only allows to define fully filled backgrounds. However, sometimes we want to add parallax backgrounds which only are parallaxed on the top or bottom, left or right.
