Blur Bug

I'm on mobile (IpadOS 7th Gen) and when I try to use the triangle blur feature, it pops a side panel of the same drawing on the left corner and it freezes until i click the X on the window and won't let me blur. I tried to get around by usin the tilt shift then dragging both dots really far, but it also did the same thing.
