simple dns crypt stuck on launching

as title says, for some reason SDC is just stuck everytime i try to launch / reinstall

and if i stop SDC using task manager and relaunch, it becomes like this

i will provide any information if needed

Try uninstall SDC first, and then delete the program folder in Program Files, and then install SDC again.
