Simple DNScrypt refused to start

I just clicked the program, and it won't start. No green UI, just nothing. It stayed at the memory but that's all. No icon at the hidden tab. It is strange because it was working fine. Then, i tried to reinstall the program, and it still won't run. I always used the x64 version. Using Win10 ver 1909.

Same here, for v0.7.1.0, before and after this weeks patch Tuesday for my Win10, with nothing logged in windows events or a log file, hmm.

I can't see any icon in the icon tray, yet Process Hacker shows it as 'running' with practically zero CPU load, 64.14MB of Private memory use, and rare bursts of thread activity; maybe it is deadlocked somehow?
