Hi Bitbeans !

I updated to the lastest version of simpleDnsCrypt but still don't know how to use Anonymized DNS on SimpleDnsCrypt . Can you explain how to use it?

Main settings - configuration: check all without ipv6 servers for me it's not loading with system start, so you probably will have to run it manually every time you start system. start Simple DNS from programs. wait a bit till it shows in taskbar icons. double click and enter settings, set as I wrote before. then check is everything working here: https://www.perfect-privacy.com/en/tests/dns-leaktest

I believe Simple DNSCrypt program does not require to load during system startup every time. Also its not required to be in system tray all times. Program is only required when the user need to configure or change settings. Just check and ensure "DNSCrypt client proxy" service is running at all times.

Hello I just downloaded the latest version (0.7.1 win x64) to test the possibility of anonymizing requests but the "Route" window is empty

@HelixFix you need to start the service one time. dnscrypt-proxy will download the relays.md file

@bitbeans I downloaded the file manually but the "route" window remains empty. I tryng to remove the installed Windows service and reinstall it I also restarted the application several times but nothing

Edit. Okay, I downloaded the wrong file. Now I see the relays. When I set the relays, the dns requests no longer work, I get the following messages "PARSE_ERROR"

this seems to be fixed. check below link https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-proxy/releases You might need to wait for the next Simple DnsCrypt release

Or if you are using Cisco, use something else, as it doesn't work with relays.
