BUG: decompression does not restore original BMP file

Steps to reproduce:

slic_conv cat.bmp cat1.slc
slic_conv cat1.slc cat1.bmp

The newly generated cat1.bmp is different than original input cat.bmp. I verify it using compare tool from ImageMagick suite.
