Fix PackageControl

Currently both STProjectMaker as well as ProjectMaker can be found on packagecontrol. See: https://packagecontrol.io/browse/authors/bit101

This is unintended for two reasons:

  • A non-functional version is released to package control (AFAIK packagecontrol should publish only releases)
  • The glorious 6k+ download stats are not inherited

Possible fix:

  • Resubmission to packagecontrol with comment.

oh... yeah. that's unfortunate. Hopefully the packagecontrol people can do some kind of rename.

Yes, you got 6k installs. Only a few plugins ever make it to that level. Be proud. You owe it.
