outdated chainspec

The current chainspec seems to be outdated. For instance, the para_id field displays the wrong para_id (currently Continuum is using 3346). Also, it seems like the bootnodes list is not up to date. This is unfortunate, b/c I can't establish a trustless connection with your chain using the light-client.
