Add badge with number of new events near "Authorized role"

I realized only recently that my moderator instance had a few reports by users, because I opened by chance the Authorized Role tab in the application. Since all chat tabs have their "new events no." badge showing when something happens, it is maybe a good idea to have the Authorized Role tab also have the same behaviour
