Improve amount component

The current implementation of the amount component has some issues:

  • Does not confirm on enter
  • Does not update the other field at input, only at focus out
  • ~~The complex code could maybe be replaced with bidirectional bindings~~ -> EDIT: moved to https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq2/issues/1331
  • The validation should show the error message below the component (not below the individual inputs) - this is not impl. yet
