All Trades Failing due to Timeout

Description

Every single trade errors due to a timeout. I checked my DAO Network Monitor which said "Your node is in consensus with the seed nodes. Some of your peers are not in consensus." so on my end everything is fine.

Steps to reproduce

Complete any trade.

Expected behaviour

As described - every trade results in a timeout error.

Sorry, just some more info - I had made a couple of trades last year and last Feb with no issues whatsoever.

I have tried making 3 trades, last night and this afternoon, and every single one has given that same error - seemingly out of nowhere.

I have logs, but am not sure what part of them is safe to show/relevant.
