Offer with fixed price was deactivated

Steps to reproduce

1. Create buy XMR offer using with % price below market price and setup deactivation price
2. Edit offer - switch to fixed price
3. Wait until market reaches deactivation price
4. See offer become disabled

Expected behaviour

Offer shouldn't become disabled when fixed price was set

Actual behaviour

Offer deactivation still works after edit offer for % market price to fixed price.
