Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb does not install on Ubuntu

Description

If you download Bisq for Ubuntu from the website you receive Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb. If you double click the Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb then the Ubuntu Software Center should open and there should be a button to install. But the Ubuntu Software Center Window stays empty and idle. Nothing happens. But it is possible to install Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb from the command line.

1. Download https://bisq.network/downloads/v1.8.4/Bisq-64bit-1.8.4.deb
2. Double click the file in the explorer

Expected behaviour

Ubuntu Software Center should open and show a button to install the deb.

Actual behaviour

Ubuntu Software Center opens empty and idle.
