FXML refactoring

As agreed with @chimp1984 in this thread we need to refactor places where FXML items are added (early dev state left-overs) and use imperative approach in java classes.

Checklist:

• [ ] specify all affected views
• [ ] (OPTIONAL) measure performance of fxml loading
• [ ] do refactoring
