"Below % from market price" field not working when creating but orders, v1.1.5 (Debian fork)

Hi there,

My "Below % from market price" won't work when creating but orders. When I enter a value, it won't update the other fields and will not enable the "Next Step" button. The "Fixed price in USD" field is working fine.

I am using v1.1.5 (Spanish) on Devuan (a Debian fork without systemd).

That worked fine for me on a recent Debian 10, with a recent Bisq (v1.3.9).

@habreu71 can you check if it still happens with the latest Bisq?
