Fetch Adapter properties

Signalum api should fetch adapter details used to get data i.e bluetooth and Wifi adapter details. See bisoncorps/signalum-desktop#11

I started writing a function that's basically just lshw or dmesg and piping it to grep. Should I just merge with Master?
