Convert a Video to a Gif format. Take input as the start time and end time in the video between which the gif needs to be made.

Hey @amannv2 , I believe in first come first assign. So, I am assigning this to @PratikshaPP . If he/she is not able to complete it, then, you can move ahead with this. Also, after she completes you can always create an issue to improve it.

The library I'm using currently has this open issue: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/1207405/fmod-after-an-update-to-windows-2004-is-causing-a.html

Edit: Issue is on Windows machines with version 2004

Try making a virtual environment and install the library there again and run the code. Or else if you have any virtual OS, u can give a try in that. Other option maybe try some other way to solve this issue. If not then u can create a PR with your code ready, I can test it in my system.
