SW2:13, SW3:13, SW4:13 and SW5:13 have holes that aren't in the proper group (NPTH)

On commit a2602c4 accepted on Dec 6, 2016. There are four (4) switch locations with three (3) holes each that are not properly identified as NPTH.

These are easy to change, but I don't know what settings have been used in the past to plot the Gerber files and generate drill files, so I'll leave the PR to someone who has done it on this project in the past.
