generic glog configuration options are undocumented

While the https://github.com/bisdn/basebox/blob/main/pkg/systemd/sysconfig.template explains how to get more detailed logging, it does not explain how to reduce the log output by e.g. setting the minimum log level to WARNING.

Since we do document other options, having the documentation there would be good.
