Add support for policies printing in World

As discussed on the Matrix server, I needed to have the policies in the World (which should already be there if I'm not wrong?). This PR intends to add them :)

the policies are not a concept that the datalog engine should know about. It only has facts and rules. Checks and policies are rules for which we verify if they would produce something. They only live in the Authorizer, so that's where the printing should happen
