Feature request - Expose video codec args in configuration

Hi, Firstly, thank you so much for this.

As a feature request - it'd be great to expose the args passed to ffmpg (specifically video codec) in the homebridge configuration so that we can get hardware encoding on raspberry PI / other devices.
