Returning Error 403: Forbidden when attempting to fetch records

Despite entering all of the requested information, when attempting to fetch my domain's DNS records via the Fetch Records button yeilds the errors shown in the following screenshot:

Your fork doesn't work for me. It doesn't log anything. I don't know if its updating it.
