A browser extension to translate Japanese by hovering over words.
It would be neat if 10ten could parse 台風第１４号 and translate it, e.g. as ▶ Typhoon Lorna (1954) ▶ Typhoon Sarah (1959) ▶ Typhoon Ruby (1985) ... and so on.
