Updating to 0.5.0 will require a hard reset of database

Due to major layout changes coming in in the next version, and exacerbated by myself still not fully understanding the full structure of the database that runs the app, it will be necessary to perform a full reset on the database when updating the app. This means all specified actions will be lost and have to be re-added.
