Filter, between pre-midnight and post-midnight

can one action be created with a time range covering time normal people sleep?  
Say 2200 - 0700

I plan to create an after hours sms response

I could see a possible bug here, but I'm not sure if there is one or not.  If 
you want to be safe, I'd create two separate events.  One from 2200-2359 and 
one from 0001-0700.
