view rule activity

when you click on rule in savedRules activity it should send you to view rule 
activity where all the information about this rule will be displayed.
for example, if you want to see text your rule sends, you have to go to edit 
rule and then edit sms action. 
also info like when it was created, is it on/off, is notification service 
on/off etc.
