Update biothings studio tutorial with the latest docker image

We should update this tutorial to use an updated docker image based on the latest version from https://github.com/biothings/biothings_docker.

We can release a new version to docker hub (https://hub.docker.com/r/biothings/biothings-studio) first, then update the tutorial.
