Fix/update universal models

Summary of changes

Several metanetx identifiers have deprecated over the last 5 years. Also, certain erronous records are resolved in the latest release. For example, the reaction MNXR81406 using prenol is replaced by MNXR137950, using 3-methylbutanal.

This pull request updates the set of universal models used by cameo, building from the latest metanetx database. In addition, some data fields in the metanetx tsv files underwent changes which required updates to the parsing script as well.
