CMake build error "Cannot specify link libraries for target "dustmasker" which is not built by this project"

While I can install Kraken2 using the install_kraken2.sh script with ncbi-blast-2.12.0+/bin existing in the PATH, trying to build kraken2 using CMake in a linux system within both eclipse and VScode...
