Various remote server errors popping up.

@cjfields I just fixed an error message for Mitoprot.t (https://github.com/bioperl/bioperl-live/commit/3a6c8ead358ac601adee78ad7c6cb819be90e81f), but I think that service is actually dead since it cannot connect and the website (https://ihg.gsf.de/) looks abandoned. Maybe Bio::Tools::Analysis::Protein::Mitoprot should be removed.

@fjossandon heh, worked a bit on that today but had no time to finish it before tomorrow. I agree, the site certificate is no longer active so I don't think we can support it any longer.

@fjossandon go ahead and remove it, we can mark it as immediately deprecated. Can't trust a site which has possible security issues.

I discovered a subtle error on MeSH module I reported on #171 Its giving different results depending on the webagent used. It looks like bioperl's Bio::WebAgent is retrieving an old MeSH version. Don't know how to fix that.
