Hi @mkurz, sorry I missed responding this earlier! Still seeing the same behavior as mentioned in my last comment. The hooks are running correctly on `6.2.0-RC4` but not `6.2.0`.

@gwendolyngoetz it'd be helpful to know the submission time of the most recent application that is either `ACTIVE` or `OBSOLETE` that does not have a submission time.

@jessbumblebee I think this can be closed, but it's a good reminder to look through the deploy system to double check we're following the security practices mentioned
