add ontology abbreviation documentation

Add the ontology abbreviations available so people know what their options are for the ofactory.create() function

These should correspond to the official obo id, always in lowercase, e.g. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/$ONTID.owl

Maintaining a separate list will become stale, but we could list multiple stable examples, and provide a link out to obo

ok, then maybe lets just link to the list - will it work for any ontology in obofoundry?
