OWL ontology IRI is not resolvable
Typically the IRI identifying an OWL ontology should be resolvable and return the latest version of the ontology. The Biolink model OWL file uses the IRI https://w3id.org/biolink/biolink-model:
<https://w3id.org/biolink/biolink-model> a owl:Ontology
Can this be changed to something that resolves to the OWL file? Currently this returns HTML.
The more general question for all LinkML derived models https://github.com/linkml/linkml/issues/246
vote on the preferred URL!
linkml/linkml#246 has been resolved--the winner was 🚀 use file suffix - e.g https://w3id.org/biolink/biolink-model.owl.ttl
Jim, does that address your issue? If so, this can be closed.
Almost, but in the file at the URL the ontology IRI is https://w3id.org/biolink/biolink-model. Instead of:
<https://w3id.org/biolink/biolink-model> a owl:Ontology
it should say
<https://w3id.org/biolink/biolink-model.owl.ttl> a owl:Ontology
This might just be a matter of regenerating the biolink-model artifacts with the new linkml.

Does someone know how to do that? @sierra-moxon?
