Biolink QC audit script

Continuing evolution and design decisions suggest various quality assurance measures which could be computationally assessed (using a Biolink Model-specific script). This is a placeholder for this objective.

Some of the possible QC metrics to audit:

• inverse predicates
• Mixins (although, this could be checked by LinkML?)
• what else?

Hi @RichardBruskiewich - were you thinking of this in the form of more tests in this repo? :)

• make sure all predicates have opposites and inverses.
• to go between KGX and linkml processing (aka: not in the scope of the KGX nor linkml, specific to biolink-model).
• would be nice to generate reports on internal consistency of biolink-model on every commit/release.

create a folder in the repo for 'scripts' that do these checks, then we can advance to a test module. could create a draft PR and iterate. updated in March 8 biolink-model helpdesk call.
