Updating infores catalog guidelines?

Question:

I was looking for guidance on making/editing infores catalog entries for #1391, and I looked at https://github.com/biolink/biolink-model/blob/master/guidelines/information-resource-registry.md.

However, this seemed outdated:

• discusses a url field, when it looks like this was maybe replaced with a xref field?
• current entries have knowledge level and agent type fields, without guidance on how to fill these out.
• doesn't mention what fields may be optional (many entries don't have description)
• doesn't mention the synonym field I see on some entries (this is super minor, I think it's straightforward that this is an optional field and the value is an array of strings)

I think it'd be helpful to update this guidance doc, or point me to where the latest info is on contributing to the infores catalog...
