this will be done when we finish the move to the new linkml docgen framework where we will reorg this repo to be in line with the rest of the linkml projects.

Are there any updates on this? 🙂 I'm trying to use biolink-model as a data model in a project and copying the pydanticmodel.py file seems not ideal.

I'm happy to help and make a PR if that's useful.
