UMAP under unsupervised

We suppose that you suggest adding UMAP in category Unsupervised? The problem is that it would require numba, which we would very much like to avoid because it causes different problems, including making the installer much larger than it already is.

Today we found a possible solution: UMAP in a separate add-on (which would include numba). We also identified a person who could implement this, @pavlin-policar. When he has time.
