Blank Cluster Analysis with blank Gene sets

Describe the bug

In Cluster Analysis widget the list is blank and doesn't show clusters in the latest release from Github. It works in the downloaded release from the website but has a problem with always showing the Gene Sets section - the gene sets will only appear the first time you use the widget on a GEO Data Set. Subsequent uses of the widget on the same dataset will display a blank section for gene sets.

To Reproduce

  1. Upload any dataset from GEO Data Sets to the Cluster Analysis widget. The widget appears blank (screenshot 1).
  2. When using the downloaded release, the Gene Sets section is displayed the first time the dataset is uploaded (screenshot 2).
  3. However, if you upload another dataset and then attempt to upload the first one again, the Gene Sets section becomes blank (screenshot 3).

Expected behavior The widget should show the clusters.
