Needs more tutorials: connecting Dicoogle with free DICOM viewers

The learning pack contains some guidance to run and configure Dicoogle for the first time, but it is not always clear enough what the steps are to have a PACS archive ready and available from scratch, including how to connect it to a DICOM viewer.

We would benefit from a section showing how to use one of the various DICOM software tools (Weasis) to connect to Dicoogle for search and retrieval.
